Return & Exchange Policy – Mellowing
At Mellowing, your comfort and satisfaction come first. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges
1. How to Request a Return
- Send us an email with your Order ID at support@mellowing.in
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- Items that are used, washed, or altered cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Exchanges
- If your product is in like-new condition, you can exchange it for another size, color, or item.
- Please share images of the product at support@mellowing.in
- We will arrange a reverse pickup, and once the original item is received, we’ll ship your replacement.
3. Refunds
- After receiving your return request, our team will review and approve it.
- Once the product reaches us and passes our quality check, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be made for the purchase amount only
4. In Case Reverse Pickup Is Not Available
If our courier partner does not provide reverse pickup in your area, you will need to self-ship the product back to us. . Please make sure the product reaches us within 14 days of delivery
